Electron Teleportation in Multi-Terminal Majorana Islands: Statistical Transmutation and Fractional Quantum Conductance
We study a topological superconductor island with spatially separated
Majorana modes coupled to multiple normal metal leads by single electron
tunneling in the Coulomb blockade regime. We show that low-temperature
transport in such Majorana island is carried by an emergent charge- boson
composed of a Majorana mode and an electron from the leads. This transmutation
from Fermi to Bose statistics has remarkable consequences. For noninteracting
leads, the system flows to a non-Fermi liquid fixed point, which is stable
against tunnel couplings anisotropy or detuning away from the charge-degeneracy
point. As a result, the system exhibits a universal conductance at zero
temperature, which is a fraction of the conductance quantum, and
low-temperature corrections with a universal power-law exponent. In addition,
we consider Majorana islands connected to interacting one-dimensional leads,
and find different stable fixed points near and far from the charge-degeneracy

Quantum Stirring in low dimensional devices
A circulating current can be induced in the Fermi sea by displacing a
scatterer, or more generally by integrating a quantum pump into a closed
circuit. The induced current may have either the same or the opposite sense
with respect to the "pushing" direction of the pump. We work out explicit
expressions for the associated geometric conductance using the Kubo-Dirac
monopoles picture, and illuminate the connection with the theory of adiabatic

Roadmap to Majorana surface codes
Surface codes offer a very promising avenue towards fault-tolerant quantum
computation. We argue that two-dimensional interacting networks of Majorana
bound states in topological superconductor/semiconductor heterostructures hold
several distinct advantages in that direction, both concerning the hardware
realization and the actual operation of the code. We here discuss how
topologically protected logical qubits in this Majorana surface code
architecture can be defined, initialized, manipulated, and read out. All
physical ingredients needed to implement these operations are routinely used in
topologically trivial quantum devices. In particular, we show that by means of
quantum interference terms in linear conductance measurements, composite
single-electron pumping protocols, and gate-tunable tunnel barriers, the full
set of quantum gates required for universal quantum computation can be

Towards realistic implementations of a Majorana surface code
Surface codes have emerged as promising candidates for quantum information
processing. Building on the previous idea to realize the physical qubits of
such systems in terms of Majorana bound states supported by topological
semiconductor nanowires, we show that the basic code operations, namely
projective stabilizer measurements and qubit manipulations, can be implemented
by conventional tunnel conductance probes and charge pumping via
single-electron transistors, respectively. The simplicity of the access scheme

Electron Pair Resonance in the Coulomb Blockade
We study many-body corrections to the cotunneling current via a localized
state with energy at large bias voltages . We show that the
transfer of {\em electron pairs}, enabled by the Coulomb repulsion in the
localized level, results in ionization resonance peaks in the third derivative
of the current with respect to , centered at . Our
results predict the existence of previously unnoticed structure within
Coulomb-blockade diamonds.Comment: 5 pages, 4 figure
Nonequilibrium charge-Kondo transport through negative-U molecules
Low-temperature transport through molecules with effectively negative
charging energy U exhibits a charge-Kondo effect. We explore this regime
analytically by establishing an exact mapping between the negative-U and the
positive-U Anderson models, which is suitable for the description of
nonequilibrium transport. We employ this mapping to demonstrate the intimate
relation between nonequilibrium tranport in the spin-Kondo and charge-Kondo
regimes, and derive analytical expressions for the nonlinear current-voltage
chracteristics as well as the shot noise in the latter regime. Applying the
mapping in the opposite direction, we elucidate the finding of super-Poissonian
noise in the positive-U Anderson model at high temperatures, by relating the
correlations between spin flips to pair-tunneling processes at negative U.Comment: 11 pages, 5 figure
Redesain Kantor Bupati Minahasa (Refleksi Budaya Sub-etnis Toulour Dalam Rancangan Arsitektur)
Kabupaten Minahasa merupakan sebuah daerah otonom yang memiliki struktur Pemerintahan yang berfungsi untuk mengatur berbagai aspek dan bidang demi kelangsungan hidup di Tanah Minahasa. Sistem Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten merupakan ujung tombak pelaksanaan pembangunan, maka diperlukan peningkatan kebutuhan sarana dan prasarana perkantoran sesuai dengan standart daerah otonom. Pada Kenyataan sekarang ini, melalui metode observasi dan wawancara Kantor Bupati yang ada di Minahasa mengalami penurunan mutu dan kualitas serta terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi pada kondisi lapangan kawasan sekitar. Berdasarkan Kenyataan ini, diperlukan sebuah gagasan Redesain untuk menata dan merancang kembali Kantor Bupati Minahasa. Dengan penerapan strategi ini, diharapkan terciptanya Kantor Bupati Minahasa yang terdesain dengan baik. Kabupaten Minahasa merupakan sebuah wilayah yang besar dan sangat luas serta terdapat 9 sub-etnis suku asli orang Minahasa. Sekarang ini banyak terjadinya pemekaran-pemekaran di Tanah Minahasa yang ingin berdiri sendiri, mandiri dan menjadi daerah otonom. Daerah-daerah yang sudah resmi dimekarkan seperti Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan, Kota Tomohon, Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Daerah-daerah Kabupaten ini berdiri sendiri dengan menggunakan sub-etnis masing-masing daerah sesuai dengan pembagian sub-etnis di Tanah Minahasa. Hal ini menjadi dasar pertimbangan diangkatnya tema “ Refleksi Budaya sub-etnis Toulour dalam Rancangan Arsitektur”, karena Kantor Bupati Minahasa terletak di Tondano dengan sub-etnis Toulour. Sebagai hasilnya adalah rancangan Kantor Bupati yang efisien dan mencerminkan kebudayaan Toulour. Diharapkan Kantor Bupati ini bisa meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa, mensejahterakan kehidupan masyarakat tanah Minahasa dan masyarakat Minahasa bisa melestarikan kebudayaan sub-etnis Toulour. Low-temperature ordered phases of the spin- XXZ chain system CsCoCl
In this study the magnetic order of the spin-1/2 XXZ chain system
CsCoCl in a temperature range from 50 mK to 0.5 K and in applied
magnetic fields up to 3.5 T is investigated by high-resolution measurements of
the thermal expansion and the specific heat. Applying magnetic fields along a
or c suppresses completely at about 2.1 T. In addition, we find
an adjacent intermediate phase before the magnetization saturates close to 2.5
T. For magnetic fields applied along b, a surprisingly rich phase diagram
arises. Two additional transitions are observed at critical fields T and T, which we propose to
arise from a two-stage spin-flop transition.Comment: 10 pages, 10 figure
ANALISIS PRASARANA DAN SARANA DI KECAMATAN LOLAK KABUPATEN BOLAANG MONGONDOW
Untuk menentukan kesuksesan pembangunan suatu wilayah diperlukan prasarana dan sarana yang memadai agar suatu pembangunan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Kecamatan Lolak merupakan ibukota dari Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow dengan jumlah penduduk 32.373, sebagai ibukota kabupaten yang menjadi pusat pemerintahan tentunya harus diperlukan prasarana dan sarana yang memadai maka dari itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis ketersediaan serta mengetahui keinginan/kebutuhan masyarakat tentang prasarana sarana di Kecamatan Lolak dan menganalisis kebutuhan prasarana dan sarana. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana ketersediaan dan kebutuhan sarana prasarana permukiman di Kecamatan Lolak yang berdasarkan pada acuan SPM dan SNI. Metode deskriptif di pakai untuk menganalisis Kuesioner yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan bar chart berdasarkan analisis tersebut akan diketahui kebutuhan dari masyarakat. Hasil analisis menyatakan ketersediaan prasarana berupa jalan,drainase,dan air bersih sudah memadai. tapi untuk persampahan di kecamatan lolak perlu penambahan seperti truck sampah atau gerobak sampah yang akan membawa sampah tersebut di TPA, dan penyediaan sarana berupa sarana pendidikan dan kesehatan menurut standar belum memenuhi. Keinginan masyarakat akan prasarana dan sarana di Kecamatan Lolak ada yang masih menginginkan penambahan dan ada juga yang sudah tidak menginginkan penambahan berupa sarana pendidikan. Kebutuhan prasarana dan sarana 20 tahun mendatang masih memerlukan penyediaan berupa air bersih, persampahan, sarana pendidikan, kesehatan, perdagangan dan ruang terbuka hijau. Kata Kunci : Prasarana,Sarana,Ketersediaan,Kebutuha
